چکیده

Investigated the histological features of structure hepar one-day-old lambs (ODL) using a complex morphological techniques. It was found that in ODL is formed by stroma and parenchyma. The stromal elements organ are loose lugs hematopoietic connective tissue, which turn forms capsule (2.80-7.23 microns thick), as well septa lobules, include triads paravasal tissue efferent blood vessels. As result studies, prevalence foci around large afferent vessels, especially hilus, revealed. parenchyma has structural incompleteness. cells numerous resinusoidal located subcapsular, peripheral, central zones lobus hepatis. Hepar subcapsular zone (SZ) have more optically cleared (OC) cytoplasm, practically cytoplasm hepatocyte diameter (HD) decreases towards (CZ). In ODL, hematopoiesis (HF) established each lobes, tend to decrease from periphery center lobes. Hemopoetic (HC) between hepatocytes, densely layering on top other, there also sparsely liver (LC). number hepatocytes per 1 mm2 area specimen left lobe (LL) reaches highest value 5983.79 ± 90.40, right (RL) it 5358.80 646.60, while middle minimum 5133.10 205.75.

Morphogenesis of Liver Cirrhosis

The pathologic changes in the angioarchitecture of the liver in the transition from chronic hepatitis to liver cirrhosis(remodeling process of the liver lobule)were studied and reviewed. In the cirrhotic liver the following angioarchitectural changes were recognized:1) the complete disintegration of normal lobular angioarchitecture due to severe damage of the portal branches of the parenchymal ...

Liver specification and early morphogenesis

The classically defined induction of the liver from the endoderm, elicited by the cardiac mesoderm, has recently been discovered to involve signaling by fibroblast growth factors (FGFs). Multiple FGFs induce hepatic gene expression independent of an effect on growth. A subset of these FGFs cooperates with other factors to promote morphogenesis of the newly specified hepatocytes. Subsequent to t...

A case presentation of spider lamb syndrome in a Kermanian breed lamb
